Maryann Blatsos founded Blatsos CFO Solutions in 2002.Her mission was to provide financial services to the small to mid-sized business community.After twenty years of providing auditing, banking services, and senior level management, she knew from experience small to mid-size business would thrive with her knowledge and expertise.
Since founding Blatsos CFO Solutions, Maryann has worked with a variety of companies including auto repair companies, design-build firms, construction companies, retailers, insurance agencies, destination and travel companies, non-profit schools, to mention a few.Maryann’s focus is providing expert bookkeeping, accounting, QuickBooks advisory and CFO services to each the company’s clients. Before founding her company, Maryann worked as a forensic auditor conducting audits on marginal companies, as a commercial banker providing financing solutions to small to mid-sized companies, and providing asset based loans and bankruptcy financing to large national companies.After leaving banking, Maryann served as a senior level management executive focusing on high-level customer support for a high tech company.
Maryann is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts College of Management.She is currently enrolled in the Certificate in Accounting Program at Salem State College.Upon completion of course requirements, Maryann plans to sit for the CPA exam.She has made presentations on small business financial management, QuickBooks best practices, and other topics for local chambers of commerce and other professional organizations.
